Payment providers process card details used during checkout. JoAlive receives the payment status and transaction references needed to complete and support an order.

Information is used to provide accounts, recommendations, bookings, payments, customer support, fraud prevention, service security, and legally required records.

Trip preferences may be sent to the planner service to generate an itinerary and relevant alternatives.

The information required to fulfill an order may be shared with the selected hotel, restaurant, rental provider, event organizer, marketplace seller, payment provider, or technical service provider.

Records are retained only as long as needed for the service, support, security, financial records, and applicable legal obligations.
